All the orders will be shipped from our shop in Vietnam via Epacket for the best cost and coverage of destinations. Other shipping couriers (DHL, FedEx & VNPost) are available upon request, though extra fees may occur.

**Epacket will work with popular local carriers like USPS or Royal Mail to deliver the package to your door.

We understand that courier shipping services can be expensive, so we subsidize part of the shipping cost. We are not responsible for any customs and taxes that may be incurred due to the order. The subsidy is already included in the final price.

Note 1: We only ship to residential and business addresses. We are unable to ship to PO Box addresses, as well as APO and FPO addresses.

Note 2: Due to the volatile oil prices, shipping prices can increase drastically. We reserve the right to withhold shipment or to charge extra if the shipping cost to your location is too prohibitive. We hope to seek your understanding on this.
