We understand that courier shipping services can be expensive, so we subsidize part of the shipping cost. We are not responsible for any customs and taxes that may be incurred due to the order. The subsidy is already included in the final price.

Warranty Policies
We offer a 1-year warranty, starting from the day the product is bought, for leather watch straps. We offer a 2-year warranty, starting from the day the product is bought, for leather belts, leather wallets, and leather bags.
We warrant that the new products are free from manufacturer’s defects including:
- The leather surface is peeled, cracked, or damaged because of not genuine leather.
- Threads and edge paint are damaged with normal use.
- The structure is damaged, with normal use. That may include layers coming apart or hardware being broken
For international orders, we will cover a 1-way shipping fee.
We reserve the right to reject the warranty if
- The leather surface is damaged by accidents or intentional impacts such as being scratched or cut by sharp objects.
- The product is damaged by water unless the product claims to be water-proof.
- The Customer damaged the products intentionally.
- The leather surface color and quality have changed over time due to patina.
- The warranty period has expired.

When we refer a product to "genuine" leather, it means the product is 100% made of real leather, straight from an tanned animal hide. Otherwise, we take responsibility to declare in clear language.
2. Are returns subject to fees?
Yes. While we do accept returns within 14 days, customers are responsible for packing and shipping the products back to us.
3. Why do you need several days to make the products?
Good question! For hand-made products, we try to be very careful to the smallest details, especially for orders that travel across the globe. We aim to NOT disappoint a single lovely customer like you.
