Our Grade 2 Crocodile leather is sourced from export-quality tanneries in Southeast Asia.

These wallets are made by artisans with at least 5 years of experience. So, you will see that the stitches, edge paint, and bonding areas are very carefully done. Also, the finished products have to pass our Quality Checklist with 15 -18 criteria before arriving at your doorstep.
While human errors are inevitable, we try to avoid them as much as we can by proper processes.
Worry-free warranty
All Heritela’s products are under a 1 to 2-year guarantee on manufacturer defects including leather pop and crack, losing bonding, paint, and stitches. After the guarantee period ends, we will give up to a 30% discount for the fixes. We will also give a discount to fix your leather goods even if you did not buy them from us. All the orders will be shipped from our shop in Vietnam via Epacket for the best cost and coverage of destinations. Other shipping couriers (DHL, FedEx & VNPost) are available upon request, though extra fees may occur.

We understand that courier shipping services can be expensive, so we subsidize part of the shipping cost. We are not responsible for any customs and taxes that may be incurred due to the order. The subsidy is already included in the final price.

1. How many percent of real leather in "genuine" leather?
When we refer a product to "genuine" leather, it means the product is 100% made of real leather, straight from an tanned animal hide. Otherwise, we take responsibility to declare in clear language.
2. Are returns subject to fees?
Yes. While we do accept returns within 14 days, customers are responsible for packing and shipping the products back to us.
3. Why do you need several days to make the products?
Good question! For hand-made products, we try to be very careful to the smallest details, especially for orders that travel across the globe. We aim to NOT disappoint a single lovely customer like you.
4. I don't see my country listed in the Shipping Country selector. What should I do?
It's highly recommended that you contact us before placing the order to make sure we can ship to your country with an acceptable price.
