How to buy

Our range of products is classified into 3 main types:

  1. Ready-to-Wear (RTW): already in stock.
  2. Made-to-Order (MTO): out of stock but we will make to order.
  3. Bespoke: Designed and crafted as per your request.

Buy Ready-to-Wear and Made-to-Order

  1. Place an order from our product pages.
  2. We will reach out for confirmation and payment within 1-2 business days.
  3. We ship out the products within 5 – 10 days, depending on the products

 

Buy Bespoke products

  1. Place an order using our Custom Order Request or Contact us.
  2. We will reach out for confirmation within 1-2 days.
  3. There may be a deposit required (50% of the order value).
  4. Once the product is finished, we will send the images/videos to you for approval prior to shipping.
  5. After the rest of the payment is made, we will ship out the products.

**Please note that the Bespoke is customized to your request including colors, sizes, and shapes so it will not be eligible for a full refund unless there are manufacturing defects involved.
